Illness

In the unfortunate event of sickness please text Andi asap to reschedule your session. The truth is that massage is not good for the body during illness. Let’s make sure you are getting rest from the safety of your home. This practice also sees a number of immunocompromised clients and by proceeding with the session, we are putting them at risk as well. So let’s just stay home! Most same day cancellations relating to illness will not be penalized unless it becomes a repeated issue which will be implemented on a case-by-case basis. 

If in the last 14 days you:
-test positive for COVID-19
-lived with or been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 
-had a cold or flu
-had a fever over 100.4 F

Payment

All payments are due at the end of sessions. We currently accept cash, credit card, and Venmo. 
 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

A maximum of two reschedules is allowed before your appointment is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost before you can reschedule again.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fee applies.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost and must pay this fee before you can reschedule.

If you no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment, and must pay this fee before you can reschedule.

If you need to end your session early, you will still be charged in full for your appointment.
